Last night was going really smoothly until I received a text from a friend with a link to this new Slander remix.
I had just poured myself a nice glass of wine and taken a sip when I pushed play… and it was all downhill from there. About :30 seconds in my eyes started to water, by 1:00 I knew I was doomed, and by 1:30 I was completely unhinged. It took me back to my college days of beer tears and trying to get the words out to tell my friends how much I loved them.
Then I texted my mom this picture…. not once… but three times telling her how much I missed her.
Trap music isn’t known for giving you these type of feels, but I guess that’s why they call it “Heaven Trap”. Touché Slander, touché. You got me good.
